We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Does my device come with a warranty?
Yes, all abxylute devices include a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed, but you may initiate a return once it arrives.
